As I explained to Iniquitus in a PM, I would like the technical ending of Act I to be at the dialogue choice where the player picks a heroine.
What that means is that Act I and Act II will flow seamlessly into each other, and writers should start Act II as if Tomo has just chosen the girl he'd like to work with immediately prior.
